1、whether to do /what to do之类，名词性短语，特殊疑问句的简化版。
2、现在分词/过去分词短语可以做伴随状语，形容词短语也可以……
过去分词/现在分词，很多时候也是形容词化的用法，顺便带点动词的本义。
