一样遇到了，好像是dynamicEuropa的问题

我这边的情况是，发现，在启用DE和SFB和SFB withDE这仨MOD之后就能正常进入存档了
更怪的是SFB withDE的作者都说了目前outdated了还在紧急修复。可能是创建DE存档的时候启用了SFB造成的，待会我再测试下

确定了，我这边是dynamicEuropa更新了一些东西，然后别的基于它的mod没有及时更新导致的
