1、胡萝卜：Carrot

2、海藻：seaweed

3、西红柿：Tomatoes

4、芹菜：Celery
含有丰富的纤维素，可促进胃肠蠕动，减少致癌物质在消化道中的滞留时间，减弱了致癌物对机体的侵害。
