重装系统看看，这是内核报错，看大副的主页第一帖一起交流讨论，提供故障电脑检测维修回收清灰等

建议去看系统日志，筛选错误，找BugCheck相关的日志，看看有没有格式如0x0000000a或者0x00000050之类的16进制代码，搜一下这个代码就能找到别人的解决案例
