Debian installation : sudo apt-get install gcc  
sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get upgrade &&sudo apt-get install linux-headers-$(uname -r)
Reboot the computer
sudo apt-get install make
sudo chmod 544 ./vmware.bundle && ./vmware.bundle
ArchLinux installation : sudo pacman -R linux
sudo pacman -Syy linux-lts && reboot
sudo pacman -S linux-lts-headers gcc make
sudo chmod 544 ./vmware.bundle && ./vmware.bundle
