【吧务】翻译组的设定

如题，最近看了贴吧的流量，阅读量还行，点赞率也不错，说明贴吧不是完全没人看。
鉴于贴吧推出了原创声明，开始有保护版权的意向
所以目前招一些专门负责翻译的同好
不限时间，有意愿就可以报名。（也不一定非要报名才可以翻译）
会手把手从拿授权开始教大家
所有的本事都不是一蹴而就的，很多大家眼里的大神一开始为的也只是诸如考雅思、读英语文献之类的小目标。
但既然是翻译，也要为原作者的作品负责，所以还是要有比较严格的把关。

初三、高三禁止参加

再次声明初三高三不要参加，声声慢考察的是翻译的信达雅；英文选自著名作品，词汇的难度大家可以更直观地感受一下。耐心不足的宝子们需谨慎报名，只因为英语词汇量可能不难，架不住作品它字数多。可借助翻译工具（毕竟懂得运用工具也是一种智慧）但用了什么工具需要标注一下。

之所以敢把条件适当放宽，是因为写过文的都有一种“文无第一”的心态，敢接翻译这种硬茬的也不是啥等闲之辈

翻译组的成员前两篇作品要发在贴吧里。

后续负责人员可根据具体情况再进行一些调整。
